We are a small family farm that breeds pure Berkshire pigs in Powhatan, Virginia. We decided to name our farm Hickory Faith Farm because hickory is the strongest wood and to symbolize our strong faith in God. We started this farm in 2023 after we raised our first Berkshire pigs on pasture. We were blown away with the quality and richness of the meat when it was raised how God intended it. This sparked the passion to be able to not only raise pigs for our family but for others. It is a blessing to be able to raise pigs and to provide others the highest quality pork.

The Farmers:

Your farmers are Ross and Katie Lewis. We have lived in Powhatan our whole lives and wouldn’t have it any other way. We went to high school together and got married straight out of college. We always have had a passion for the outdoors and for growing our own food. We love nothing more than to walk the farm in the evenings to check on all the animals.
